Speed: The endurance at the design draught of 5.65 m, deep and slack sea ,shell clean without fouling ,the wind power not great than class 3 ,service speed not less than 12 knots .

The fuel oil tank can load fuel oil ～122t(full loaded),can navigate for approximately 3500 sea miles.

The ship to be of fully welded construction, single deck, and transom stern and equipped with raked stem, with bulbous bow. Single M.E. with single-screw, single rudder, short forecastle and poop deck to be applied to this vessel. The bulk chemical tanker to be of aft engine ,equipped a diesel engine directly driven. Double shell and double bottom to be applied in liquid cargo hold . Ten (10) liquid cargo holds and Two (2) slop tanks are to be fitted on board ,which lie on handling equipment when load and unload .

The vessel is fitted with forecastle and poop, where four tiers deckhouses are to be fitted on poop deck.

This vessel will navigate among international navigation lines mostly, used for loading Bulk Chemicals. "Class B” Ice strengthening to be done to the hull structure in this vessel.

The hull below main deck to be divided from aft to fore by 12 oil watertight bulkhead into: aft ballast tank,No.3 fuel tank(P&S), Engine tank, pump tank , slop tank(P&S),No.5 liquid cargo tank (P&S), No.4 liquid cargo tank (P&S), No.3 liquid cargo tank (P&S), No.2 liquid cargo tank (P&S) ,No.1 liquid cargo tank (P&S),cofferdam, emergency fire pump tank and fore peak tank.
